Support

  1. Lost/Stolen Card:  Please inform us if your card is lost/stolen so that we can block your card immediately.

  2. Damaged Card: Please submit your damaged card to us. A new card will be issued after receipt of Rs. 200 as fee.

  3. Card malfunctioning: Please report to us if you are not able to use your card in the any of the devices.

  4. Fingerprint doesn’t match: Your fingerprint is required for making payments in the POS devices. The fingerprint scanner does not detect your fingerprint if the finger is wet. Please keep your finger dry. If the device fails to read your fingerprint, please inform us.
