IIT Indore is inviting faculty members and students from various Colleges, Institutes and Universities to pursue research under the guidance of a faculty mentor of IIT Indore. The faculty member and students will get an opportunity to interact with the IIT Indore faculty mentor in an online mode. The program is beneficial for students who are doing their Masters/PhD. This program is also helpful for those faculties who have completed their PhD and willing to continue their research.
About the Programme

Faculty Mentors |
A list of faculty mentors from the various departments at IIT Indore, along with their areas of interest and/or research topics is available at Faculty Mentor and Areas of Interest/Research Topic. The prospective candidates can select a faculty mentor depending on the match of their research interests and of the faculty mentor.
IIT Indore faculty mentor will interact with outside faculty member/student through online mode (except Zoom).
The scope of training and number of contact hours can be decided with mutual consent of faculty mentor of IIT Indore and outside faculty member/student depending upon the nature of work. |

Fees |
INR 20,000 per month including GST (Faculty Member) INR 10,000 per month including GST (Student)
For students opting for six months/one year duration the fees will be Rs 50,000 and Rs. 1,00,000 respectively |

Selection Procedure |
The prospective candidates have to directly interact with the faculty mentor of IIT Indore through email and get the consent for the online research training. After receiving the consent, the outside faculty member/student can then fill in the application form and pay the fees online. Consent from faculty mentor from IIT Indore is a must. |

Certificate |
An e-Certificate will be issued on the successful completion of the online research training and submission of the report through faculty mentor of IIT Indore. |
